Mohamed Iqbel Ben Rejeb, wearing a tight black T-shirt and black pants, rallies the crowd. He tells them that his brother had traveled to Syria to fight alongside Islamist radicals, and he managed to bring him back. Now Ben Rejeb runs Rescue Association of Tunisians Trapped Abroad, or RATTA, and is lobbying to rehabilitate radicals who return to Tunisia instead of sending them to prison.
